Sign up for a Birth Doula:

1.  Attend one of our Meet the Doulas Night’s (optional). Check the calendar for details.

And/or

2.  Schedule a free 30 minute private consult to have any other questions answered (optional) by choosing an appointment time on our online calendar of our available appointments:

3.  Complete three forms: Service Contract, Needs Assessment and Confidentiality release.  These can be found on our forms page and can be downloaded and printed, or submitted directly to us online.  Downloaded forms can be submitted to us by either mailing them to our office, scanning and emailing the to us, or handing them in to us in person at any MTDN, massage, prenatal appointment or class with us.  You can include payment with your mailing or in person delivery if you’d like to pay with cash or check.

4.  Once we have your paperwork on file you will be an official client with your due date entered into our internal charting.

5.  We will email you an invoice for the package you request and any add-on a la carte services.  50% is due on or before your due date, 50% is due within 30 days of delivery.  You can pay on our site with online checkout, or pay by mail or in person with a check or cash.

Sign up for a Postpartum/Antepartum Doula or Night Nanny:

1.  Attend our monthly Meet the Doulas Night the second Tuesday of each month or the last Saturday of each month at 7pm at our office (optional)

2.  Schedule a free 30 minute private consult to have any other questions answered (optional) by emailing postpartum@getbabied.com

3.  Complete three forms: Services Contract, Confidentiality release, and Postpartum Doula Needs Assessment.  These can be found on our forms page and can be downloaded and printed, or submitted directly to us online.  Downloaded forms can be submitted to us by either mailing them to our office, scanning and emailing the to us, or handing them in to us in person at any MTDN, massage, prenatal appointment or class with us.  You can include payment with your mailing or in person delivery if you’d like to pay with cash or check.

4.  We will email you an invoice for the package you request and any add-on a la carte services.  50% is due on or before your first postpartum visit, 50% is due on your last day of postpartum engagement.  You can pay on our site with online checkout, with a card via phone or with your doula or pay by mail or in person with a check or cash.
