Mommy & Me Yoga will focus on stretching aching muscles, soothing your nerves, and boosting your spirit. Baby will be along for the yoga ride or may sleep through the whole thing. This is not your quiet prenatal yoga experience. Expect crying babes, breastfeeding moms, and many distractions on your mat. This is a space of acceptance, flexibility, support, and getting out to see other yoga moms. p.s. We can do a lot of abs if you want to, or whatever your needs are that day, I am here to serve you! Infants through toddlers welcome.

New! We have just added a second Meet the Doulas Night to be able to get a good chance to meet and talk to all of our expectant parents as often as they need to. It will be the second Tuesday of each month from 7-9pm. The focus of this evening is a more casual laid-back Meet the Doulas Tea. No guest speakers. No birth stories. No speed dating. Just doulas and tea, casual setting to talk more about us and you. Come to both nights!

An open house and potluck event for all of our past, present and possibly future clients! If you were a past client, come join us to show off your baby, reconnect with your birth or postpartum doula and meet other mommas...if you are a present client, come join us to meet other mommas and spend more time getting to know our doulas in an informal setting...if you are thinking about having one of our doulas at your birth but have more questions, join us and spend some time getting to know us and the mommas who have already used us and get some real life feedback about our services. Join us immediately after Parent University on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 5-7 in the Get Babied office. Bring a yummy something to share and come Get Connected!

1.5 hour crash course on everything you need to survive natural labor. Breathing techniques; comfort measures including massage, counterpressure, rebozo work, acupressure, aromatherapy and others; visualization, relaxation and affirmations; and positions for labor and pushing.

Breastfeeding Basics and Assessment An informative 2 -hour course designed to aid the expectant parents in getting breastfeeding off to a good start. This class is taught monthly by our Breastfeeding Educator or Certified Lactation Consultant, and is recommended for any woman who is thinking about nursing her baby. Class fee: per couple.
