Postpartum Birth Follow-up in Client’s Home $45

The doula present at your delivery will come to your home within a week from delivery.  This is a 90 minute visit and includes birth processing, breast feeding troubleshooting, postpartum depression assessment, developing a postpartum plan, optional tutorials on cloth diapering, slings and babywearing, breast pumps, and postpartum exercise and nutrition.   We’ll leave you with a great postpartum resource list.

Postpartum Follow-up with Dinner Delivery $65

Our postpartum team includes postpartum doulas, antepartum doulas, sibling doulas, conceirge doulas, and overnight doulas.  10% discount on blocks of 20 hours or more purchased.

Placenta Prints $30

Commemorate your special day with a placenta print on canvas.  We can do this in the hospital, or if you are taking your placenta home anytime after your delivery.  Choose the color of your tree and receive up to six prints on hardback canvas.

Placenta Encapsulation $160

Preparation, dehydration and encapsulation of your placenta by our encapsulation specialist.

Postpartum massage $85 in our office or $130 in your home ($20 discount for package clients)

Stephanie our in house LMT uses her magic touch to east all of your aches and pains after delivery.  This is a time to relax, and rejuvenate, and have one hour of peace and quiet in your day!

Meal Delivery for one week $330

Our expert postpartum doula cooks will work with you to customize a menu of 5 entrees (with leftovers!), lunches, healthy snacks and treats.  Rate includes the cost of food.  We specialize in all food preferences including carnivores, pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans.  We focus on natural galactagogues for breastfeeding mamas, and foods high in protein.

Care Calendar Organization $25

Send us a list of your friends and family, and we’ll coordinate meal deliveries for your first two months postpartum.

Hospital Discharge Doula $110

The doula you had for labor and delivery will meet you at the hospital when it is time to go home.  She’ll help you pack up all your stuff, cart all of your flowers and gifts, and load them up in your car.  She’ll help ensure your car seat is secure and safe.  Will follow you home and help unload the car.  Will help unpack and organize your things.  Will get you situated and comfortable in bed.  Will help with a breastfeeding session at home.  Will start a load of laundry.  And will get a light meal ready for the family.

Herbal Home Spa Package $85

A special spa package form our friends at Texas Medicinals including Milk Mama tea, nipple balm, postpartum perineum spray, postpartum sitz bath, and postpartum wellness tea, and some treats for baby.

Postpartum visit in hospital with warm cookies $60

One hour postpartum visit in the hospital on day two to assess lacation, latch, sleep, infant care, recovery.  And it comes with two dozen fresh baked cookies.

Handwritten thank you notes for shower gifts and/or hospital visits $55Nothing more thoughtful than a personal thank you note.  You give us a list, preferred stationary, and postage, and we ensure the charm of a handwritten thank you note reaches all of your family and friends.  The $55 fee includes 24 notes, extra notes available for nominal fee.

Refund

For any reason you decide you no longer want a doula to attend to your needs, your entire fee is refunded less a 10% convenience fee .   Get Babied! is home of the flexible doula team with Austin’s most transparent refund policy.  If a service is not performed, you will not be billed.

Late Fees

A 10% late charge on any unpaid balance after 60 days.  We do have payment plan options, 50% of balance owed is due on or before delivery.  The remainder is due within 30 days of delivery.
