Austin Birth Awards – Partner with us to support Birth in Austin
We have many friends in the birth community in Austin who continue to support Mother-Friendly initiatives in Austin. One way is your support of the Austin Birth Awards, a yearly tribute to people doing great work for Austin families. We would love for your help with this year’s awards. In addition to voting and spreading the word, we need some help with prize collection. Do you have a product or service you’d like to donate?
Starting July 5th everybody visiting Austinbirthawards.org will be voting for a professional that has been narrowed down to the top four from the write-in part of our awards that was open Memorial Day to Independence Day. We anticipate another 6,000 or so visits to this website in the next few months for the second round of voting. So it’s a great time to have some visibility for your business!
We’re offering logo placement with a click through in the right side bar of austinbirthawards.org with a contribution of the following:
1. A prize to a birth professional from your business. You can choose the category you’d like to donate to and we’ll honor this if it’s available. It’s a great want to continue your business networking and get visibility with repuatable birth professionals who get the opportunity to patronize your business. We suggest a minimum $50 value.
2. A prize donation to the silent auction. Another great opportunity for visiblity is your prize contribution along with your logo at the ceremony. We will be having a silent auction table set up at the Birth Awards ceremony, where guests can bid on items, with all proceeds going to the Get Babied Foundation which provides childbirth education and doula support for the underserved in Austin. We suggest a minimum $50 value.
So, if you’d like to participate we need the following:
1. Details of the item donated for #1 and the category you’d like to donate to.
2. Details of the item donated for #2 and the value of the prize
3. Your logo and URL for the side bar
Email these details to austinbirthawards@getbabied.com and you’re good to go! If you would like to donate a prize to our birth professionals below the thresholds for advertising placement, we won’t turn down a contribution!
