About our monthly Ladies Night/Moms night out spa night event:
The perfect girls night out/ Moms night out opportunity for self care & spa pampering, relaxation, and visiting!
On the first Friday of every month from 5-9pm, we dedicate our Massage and yoga studio to women only! We create a relaxing and nurturing atmosphere with flowers, candle-light, music and sweet treats!
This Friday we will be serving Barefoot Bubbly Champagne, Herbal tea, chocolates, and a variety of three different kinds of fruit cocktails, hand made beautiful treats from the Juice Spot, our new favorite local place to go for healthy juices and smoothies!
This Friday’s Spa Day schedule
5:00-6:00: A special Womens Restorative Yoga or Qigong and meditation class for women featuring a deep relaxation circle with hands on energy work.
6:000-9:00pm: Spa Services

All spa products used are all natural, fresh, and handmade by local business Vida Green Consulting.
6:00-9:00- 30 minute treatments
$35 per treatment, tips for therapists are gratefully appreciated!
Hand or foot treatments:
Herbal salt scrub, hot towels, paraffin (optional),
shea butter or cocoa butter massage.
Mini-facial :
refresh, cleanse, tone, & hydrate the face,
Includes aromatherapy head, neck and shoulder massage, and special facial cupping treatment which smooths fine lines and wrinkles, relieves sinuses, increases lymphatic drainage and promotes circulation and collagen production in the face and neck.
Henna tattoo’s:
custom designed, beautiful works of art in a temporary henna tattoo.
Bodywork:
30 minute massages either in a private room, or shiatsu/Thai massage tune up session on a mat, fully clothed.
You are welcome to bring a friend and your choice of a healthy snack or indulgent treat to share!
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can move, relax, feel good and lounge comfortably in!
A fun idea for this month’s Spa night: Bring your favorite robe and comfy slippers to make enjoying the dry sauna, facials, massage and spa services more easily enjoyable.
Spa night events are also the perfect private event for Mom’s groups or other social groups for women, baby showers, bridal showers & wedding celebrations!

In addition to our spa services, Bratton Nails is a few doors down in our strip mall and they are available for Nail Painting, or manicure and pedicure services if you would like to schedule this into your evening as well! The appointment number for Bratton Nails is (512) 670-2779.
There are also several delicious restaurant choices in our strip mall, including Polvo’s Mexican food, Oasis cafe and pizza, Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant, and Mezzaluna Italian Restaurant.
