Andrea Norman, an RN of over 15 years, also holds a BS in Business. As a health professional, Andrea became intrigued when first learning about the concept of infant toileting because of the obvious health and hygiene benefits. After successfully implementing the techniques with her own child, she is excited to teach other parents and caregivers to do the same.
